Presentation of the Ralph W. Johnson Water Hero Award to Mickey Gendler, who has fought for 25 years to protect shorelines, aquifers, forests,

agricultural lands, and water quality throughout Washington.

Mickey, Nan Johnson, and Rachael Paschal Osborn with Rachael presenting the walking stick carved by Dave Kliegman.

Guests browse CELP's silent auction for artwork, outdoor gear, and other wonderful donated items.

Bill Zachmann, the winning bidder for a boat motor previously owned by CELP Founder Ralph Johnson, poses with the motor and Seattle University Student-Volunteer Kevin Hastings.  Bill will use the motor to run a University of Oregon boat purchased at another charity auction and appreciates the "good karma" of this river-going combination.
