Agenda – Ethics, Hells Canyon dams, and the Columbia River Treaty

Join us for a one day conference to reflect on the impact of the dam-building era on the Columbia Basin with a focus on the Hells Canyon dams.  We will discuss ways to modernize the Columbia River Treaty as we seek to establish a water ethic as foundational for resolving international water conflicts.
